Though we do not advertise all projects for security reasons, here are some current projects that the Lord is doing through Frontier Dispatch:
RESEARCHING THE STATUS OF GOSPEL WITNESS
Unlike quantitative, demographic, sociological, and cliometric research, Frontier Dispatch uses qualitative research to collect raw data of gospel penetration and doctrinal adaptation among ethno-linguistic people groups, seeking to understand to what degree each group has received, inculcated, and trusted in the historic biblical gospel.
Translation project in burmese
In partnership with two Burmese brothers, we are translating our own resources into Burmese for theological and pastoral training among the hilltribes.
Bible Curriculum in Lahu
In partnership with a Lahu church, we are creating and teaching a basic Bible curriculum for Lahu children in Sunday school. Only 10,000 people in Thailand speak this small Lahu dialect.
Lahu Sunday School Building
In partnership with the Lahu church where we are developing the Bible curriculum for children, we are also seeking to raise support to build a small Sunday school room for the children’s classes and other teaching opportunities. This village has about 1,000 people, mostly Lahu, and some Akha, Lisu, Karen, and Shan.
Discipleship curriculum for children in thai
We are currently developing a basic discipleship curriculum for youth in Thai. It teaches the fundamentals of Christian doctrine and biblical history.
developing A biblical theology resource
We are in the process for creating a basic biblical theology resource for teaching oral-based learners the framework and structure of the Bible and how its diverse parts fit within its Christ-centered whole. We will then translate it into various languages.
